As the year draws to a close, Hangzhou Zhengda Medical held its annual summary meeting. Colleagues gathered to systematically review the past year's work and, through exchange and sharing, reflect on the company's development journey.

On that day, all employees worked together to make dumplings. Colleagues from different positions and regions sat together, naturally dividing tasks and cooperating seamlessly from rolling out the dough and preparing the filling to cooking. Some were experienced, while others were trying for the first time, but laughter and conversation unconsciously brought everyone closer.

During breaks from making dumplings, everyone spontaneously formed teams to participate in lighthearted interactive games. There were no departmental boundaries or job labels; what mattered most was collaboration and tacit understanding among colleagues. These seemingly simple activities provided colleagues who didn't always have ample opportunity to communicate in their daily work with more chances to get to know each other better.
At the end of the annual meeting, everyone gathered for a meal, bringing the year to a close in a relaxed atmosphere.
